Every client is different, so every plan is different. Think of these services as a starting point for our conversation.

Core Services

Extra help when you need it

Sometimes life asks more of us than just paperwork. I'm also happy to help with:

  • Setting up online accounts (banking, email, social) with step-by-step guidance

  • Scam prevention coaching - because peace of mind matters

  • Researching services or options you're curious about

Not sure if something's in my scope? Just ask. If I can't help directly, I'll point you to someone I've personally vetted and trust.

Stay on track with regular check-ins

Once we've got your system set up, life gets a lot more manageable - and you won't need me as often. That said, I offer monthly or bimonthly check-ins to keep things running smoothly and tackle anything new that comes up.

Mail & Correspondence

Physical mail piling up? Not sure how to manage your inbox? I'll help you get on top of it and stay on top of it, setting up simple routines for email, text, and paper mail so nothing slips through the cracks.

Document Sorting & Cleanup

We'll go through your documents - digital and paper - keep what matters most, and let go of the rest. I'll make sure everything important is easy to find.

Financial Administration

I'll sit with you to review bills and statements, organize your payments, and make sure you always know where things stand. No complicated spreadsheets, just clarity.

Personalized Filing Systems

There's no one-size-fits-all here. I'll design a filing system around how you actually live and think, so staying organized feels natural, not like a second job.

Community Programs

I partner with retirement residences, senior centres, and community organizations to offer engaging, practical workshops designed specifically for older adults. Whether it's a one-time presentation or an ongoing series, these sessions are friendly, accessible, and always focused on building confidence and autonomy.

Popular workshop topics

Here are some of the sessions I offer - each one designed to be approachable, interactive, and genuinely useful:

  • Scam awareness & protection — How to recognize phone, email, and online scams, and what to do if something feels off

  • Introduction to estate planning — A plain-language overview of wills, powers of attorney, and why getting organized now makes life easier for everyone later

  • Getting on top of your paperwork — Simple strategies for organizing documents, mail, and important records

  • Understanding your bills & statements — Making sense of financial paperwork and knowing what to keep

  • Staying safe online — Passwords, privacy settings, and confident, worry-free internet use

Every session includes time for open Q&A, so participants can leave with answers that actually apply to their situation.

Don't see what you're looking for?

Every community is different, and I'm happy to build something around the specific needs and interests of your residents. If there's a topic your community keeps asking about, or a challenge you're seeing come up again and again, let's talk about creating something just for them.

A note for carers & coordinators

I know your time and trust are precious. My workshops are designed to feel like a conversation, not a lecture. I keep things simple, leave plenty of room for questions, and make sure every person in the room feels comfortable, regardless of their experience level. I'm also happy to provide a brief overview or sample outline before we commit to anything.
